Service Description

Cancellation Policy
This is a drop off service. Payment is due at time of drop off unless other arrangements are made. You will be contacted when your wig is finished. It is not expected to take more than two days (based on work lined up). We will do our best to restore your wig but there are conditions that cannot be fixed, e.g. burnt edges, severely frayed ends, etc. Any complaints or concerns should be handled at pick-up. After the customer leaves the service is final and customer takes full responsibility.
